A second text was sent two hours later that we saw as we prepared to drive to the original tour location. It gave us a new location to meet. When we called, they said the small electric bus could not operate because of the heat even though it was a typical Atlanta summer day. We had been booked on a larger trolley bus leaving from a different location. We sat on the last row of a bigger bus. No credit was offered for the difference in the tour price.”
